So many people don't like snakes and it's a shame because they are such an amazing animal.  This colorful rendition of a common garter snake celebrates the colors of the snake as well as the beautiful eyes of this helpful little backyard friend. 
 
This piece is mounted on a 8x10" canvas and finished with Dorland's wax to preserve the painting. It is framed in a  hand made floating frame that is hang ready. Painting is 10x8", overall piece measures 11x9".
