Backroads, dirt roads, maps and spring. What could be better?
We took a little detour this weekend and went looking for trout streams, two-tracks and inspiring spots. Sure enough, it worked! Some new watercolor paper didn't hurt much either.
Sometimes when you're feeling stuck on something, it helps to let it go and head out. We loaded up the dogs and took off. We did find a couple of spots to fish although never caught anything. Mostly we caught some beautiful filtered light, some lovely winding roads and a beautiful sunset.
